G0 BETWEENS RACING RECORD. Go Between was bred by C. F. MeMeekin, at Oakwood Stud, near Lexington, Ky., and as a yearling was sold to the late Captain S. S. Brown. Bob Tucker broke and trained him as a two-year-oiu. He made his flrst start in Captain Browns colors at Louisville, May 10, 1903, and wag unplaced in a race won by Merry Pioneer. Later in the season he won two races for Captain Brown and as a tnree- year-old he passed to Thomas Kerr. W. A. mc-Nulty trained him and got him in winning form. C. F. Fox took a liking to him at Saratoga ana claimed htm out of a selling race, turning him over to Frank Brown. He continued In this ownersnip until he passed to the Shields family.
