INCANTATION IS DISQUALIFIED AT BUFFALO. Buffalo, N. Y., June 22. Incantation was disqualified after finishing first in the feature race at Kenil worth Park today. It was In the handicap at six furlongs for three-year-olds and over. Gln-ette, carrying 120 pounds with Clark up, was favorite closing at evens. When the barrier was released Ginette and Incantation rushed off In front. They were fighting it out gamely until at the head of the stretch when Koerner allowed his mount to bore in, shutting off Ginette. Clark pulled tip and then came around, going under the wire a head liehind Incantation. Clark registered a protest, which was promptly allowed by the stewards. Boyal Window was given second place and Tickle third. Grace Kimball was supposed to be a good thing in the second race. Hlldebrand had the mount and finished absolutely last. When the harrier was sprung in the mile race it caught three of the nine starters. They broke the tape and carried It with them. Blondy, which won on Tuesday, had an easy time of it In the fourth race. The track was slow, the weather fair and the attendance large. The talent broke better than even on the day. Mode Nicoll today sold to James Johnston for ,000 his good two-year-old colt Affinity, by Ban-astar Last Love.
