NO DECISION BEFORE OCTOBER. Cincinnati, O., July 11. The United States Court of Appeals or the Sixth Judicial District, held a short session this morning and then adjourned for the summer. Decision in the injunction case of the Douglas Park Jockey Club against the Kentucky State Racing Commission is held over until the October term of the court.
