OWNERSHIP OF HORSES IN DISPUTE. Suit for the possession of the horses Maclieth and Ad High lias been entered at St. Louis by C. L-Hall against Constable John J. McGillicuddy and Patrick H. Fiimigan. The horses were the property of W. A. and George Hazzard. Finnigan obtained a judgment against the Hazzard Brothers for . Mcdillicuddy levied on the horses, which were found In the possession of Hall, lie, claiming to have purchased them for ,000 from Hazzard Brothers.
