TRACK BUILDING AT MONTREAL. Montreal, Que., July 25. All of the grading for the new track of the Montreal Jockey Club has been done and the one hundred teams and two hundred men under the supervision of the White Construc-. tlon Company are now engaged in putting on the top dressing. The structural steel for the grandstand is promised for delivery by August 15 and the entire plant will be completed long before winter sets in.
