NO CONTRACT; NO ACTION. Steeplechase jockey T. Donohue made complaint to the Stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association that Colonel Robert Neville had refused to pay him 14.32 salary and ten per cent, of the International Steeplechase purse amounting to 01.r0. The Stewards advised the jockey that they could take no action in the matter since lie had failed to file with them a contract.
