Hanging conspicuously in the Jockeys room at the track is the following printed in bold letters on a large card: All steeplechase jockeys are hereby notified that the next case of foul riding reported by the Stewards will be punished by withdrawal of the license of the Jockey found guilty of such foul riding. By order of the Stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association.
