Louisville, Ky., September 14 Jockeys Cherry, Rice and Riley were ordered to turn-in Hheir-badges to the secretary at Douglas Park today. Thejudgcst have had the riders watched. It was-found that in the company of Jimmy Carroll, a oue-timc boxer of some repute, they had been carousing freely for the last three or four nights.
