OAKLAND AND 150 DAYS RACING. On the authority of President Thomas H. Williams it can be stated that the coming meeting of the California Jockey Club will continue for 150 racing lays, beginning Saturday "November 17, and ter-. initiating about May 15. Last winter the California Jockey Club transferred its racing from Oakland to the Iugleside track during the holiday season, but the experiment did not prove p6pular and will not be repeated next winter. The racing of 1006-7 will be conducted over the Oakland" track alone.
