Reside saved ground on every turn and juijt managed to last long enough to stall pit Lleber. The latter, cat tiff on the badkstreteh, dropped far back, tint was closing up gamely under a drive at the end. Massive showed speed, but tired in the last eighth! Glimmer began quickly and slipped through on the inside on the- first turn, sprinted into a winning lead on the backstretch, set the pace all the way and drew away again at the end. Main Chance moved up fast when straightened out for the final run, but tired under punishment in the last furlong. Judge Nelson ran forwardly for the entire trip and finished fast. The" Belle moved up fast on the turn into the homestretch, but quit under a drive in the last furlong. Bonnie Reg was virtually left at the post and, after closing a. big gap, tired. Sir Ralph was under a pull. for the first mile and a half and saved ground all the way, but was tiring at the end and driving to the limit to stall off Reservation. The latter finished gamely under punishment and would have beaten Sir Ralph in a few more strides. Petei Paul and Blue Buck set the early pace on sufferance and quit after going a mile and three-quarters. The latter, crowded back on the first turn, closed a big gap and finished gamely under punishment. Moonraker ran well to the stretch and tired. The latter was outrun for the first half, then slipped through next to the Inside rail on the turn into the homestretch and shook off Raviana in the last sixteenth, running a very bad race.
