FIVE RACES A DAY AT HOT S?RINGS. Hot Springs, Ark., September 20. During the ten days of the Arkansas State Fair, which is to open at Oaklawn Park Monday next, there will be live running races each afternoon. The betting ring will be open to all reputable bookmakers. 55. G. Stebbins will be the presiding Judge. C. C. West-fall will act as racing secretary and William Snyder will do the starting. It is expected that about three hundred horses will be here.
