NEW FRENCH TRACK IS POPULAR. The new racetrack at Le Tremblay has been formally opened, and will be a strong bidder for popular favor in France. It Is located near Nogent, east of Paris. The graudstands and general equipment are described as embodying the best features in modern race course improvements. The minister of agriculture was present, and conferred decorations ou the ollicials.
