A. T. A. DIRECTORS MEET AT LOUISVILLE. Jockeys Treubcl and Jr McLaughlin Lose Their Licenses Hearing the Obert-Perry Case. Louisville, Ky October 1. The full directorate of the American Turf Association Messrs. M. J. Winn. Edward Corrigan, W. J. OBrien, May Overton, J. L. Rhinock, W. Campbell Scott, W. O. Parmer, W. T. Shannon aud Secretary McAllister met in the parlors of the Selbach Hotel tills morning. The license of jockey Treubel was revoked, with the statement that it was for the good of the turf. Jockey Munros application to have his license restored was denied. The application of jockey Vincent Foy for license was granted on probation and the courts ruling releasing him from the contract held by H. MeCarren, Jr., was recognized. The boy Is now at liberty to sign a new contract. Qn recommendation of Francis Trevelyan who officiated at the Toronto meeting, the licenses of trainer T. Hatfield and Jockey J. McLaughlin were revoked. The application of Sam Most, ruled off at City Park last winter, to be restored to good standing, was referred to the Judges who promulgated the original ruling. Jockey W. Obert, who confessed to having pulled Coruscate during the Latonia meeting and implicated owner H. J. Perry as having acted in collusion with him, had a long hearing before the directors, but up to the time of adjournment at 1 oclock this afternoon no decision had been reached. The members, with the exception of J. L. Rhinock, who left this afternoon for Cincinnati, are in session tonight, but a decision in the matter had not been reached when Daily Racing Form went to press. "
