READY FOR THE OPENING AT LATONIA. Ciiu-rhiiati, O., October 10. Every thing is in readiness at Latoula for the opening of the fall racing, which begins next Monday, October 22, and con-: tinucs up to November 17. Secretary John Dillon has sent the lwok to the printers and it will tbe ready for distribution in a day or so. The patrons this fall will "see some good racing, as ail of the big stables going to New Orleans for the winter will take in the local meeting and try to lay up something before the long cahipaigii begins.
