RESPESS WILL REST DURING THE WINTER. Cincinnati, O., October 31. J. B. Respess will not race an extensive stable during the winter, preferring to rest up at his farm near Cincinnati. He may decide to ship several horses in charge of A. nammel to New Orleans and possibly two or three to California in charge of Louis Tauber. Frank Kelly, who at present is the acting trainer of Respess string, will remain at the farm and superintend the early training of the Respess horses next spring.
