WINNIE OCONNOR RIDING JUMPERS. New York, November 14. Winnie OConnor is becoming renowned for versatility. In addition to spending his time riding on the flat in both France and Germany, and engaging in cycling races with the crack Continental professionals, he came out as a steeplechase rider at Auteuil last week. He will ride over jumps this winter for Eugene Leighs stable. When he was a mere lad riding at ninety pounds he would school Dalys jumpers until Daly was Instructed that he must no longer permit him to do so. OConnor should make good as a crosscountry rider if he goes at it in earnest.
