LATONIA CITIZENS ENTER A PROTEST. Cincinnati, O., December 1. It is altogether likely that the ordinance passed by the Council of the town of Latonia ordering that streets be put through the Latonia racetrack will be repealed next Tuesday night. Five of the nine councllmen are opiosed to the measure, which was passed during the absence of two of the members. Since the passage of the ordinance the citizens have arisen in protest. They do not want the track disturbed. It would mean death to the business interests of the town.
