MAYOR EARLES LATEST MOVE. Cincinnati,.., December 1. Mayor J. Earle. of Latonia, anticipating a special session of the Ken-tuckey Legislature, has asked Governor Beckham to recommend the adoption of an act suppressing bookmaking at racetracks in the state of Kentucky. He received a reply from the governor yesterday, in which the latter says the will consider the matter in the event a special session of the Legislature is convened.
