MAYOR MOSER IS HELD TO THE GRAND JURY. Cincinnati, O., December 1. Mayor Joseph J. Moser, of West Covington, Ky.. has been held to the grand jury, which meets in Februarv, to answer a charge of neglect of duty. It Is claimed that a poolroom was opened In West Covington and that the mayor paid no heed to requests from certain Iersons that the room be closed.
