BRIGHTON BEACH STAKES. Seven stake races will be decided at Brighton Beach In the course of the racing week which begins tomorrow, one each day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and three Saturday, Friday being a day of purses only. For tomorrow is set the Atlantic Stakes at five and a half furlongs for two-year-olds, the probable starters being named In the entry lists published today. The Seagate Stakes, a dash of a mile and an eighth for three-year-olds, will be run Tuesday. Frank Gill, Montgomery, Dinna Ken, Tony Faust, Charles Edward, Fountain-blue, W. H. Daniel, Conville, Kentucky Beau, Tcmacco, Superman, Zambesi, Killaloe and Jack Atkin are among its eligibles, and it may furnish a cracking race. For Wednesday afternoon the .,500 Venus Stakes, a dasli of five and a half furlongs for two-year-old fillies, is the stake attraction Here Meggs Hill, Stamina, Fancy, Lady Winifred, Keep Moving, Julia Powell, Goldfinn, Half Sovereign, Martha Jane, Tartar Maid and Ella ONeill seem best. The Queens Stakes of ,500, a dash of a mile and a half for mares three years old and over, will be decided Thursday. Of an original entry of fifty-six all but sixteen have been declared. Flip Flap, Yankee, Girl, Court Dress, Mentha, Belle of Pequcst, and Gold Lady arc best of those left in. Saturdays program calls for the decision of the Curragh Steeplechase, Islip Handicap and Neptune Stakes. The Currali is over the short course of about two miles, with Phantom, Jimmy Lane, Kernel, Pioneer, Arabo, Dr. Logan, Sheriff Williams, Palm, Bound Brook and other good jumpers engaged. The Islip Handicap is at a mile and an eighth, with Don Enrique, Flip Flap, Dishabille, Kercheval, AV. II. Daniel, Nealon, Montgomery, Superman, Frank Gill, Cairngorm, Conville, Angler, Miss Crawford, Dreamer, Red Friar, First Premium, Tony Faust, Proper, Philander, Ca-bochon. Coy Maid, Dan Buiire, Lord Loyat, Jack Atkin, Far West, Penarris, Bat Masterson, Bor-ghesi, Wexford, Martin Doyle, Electioneer and Dolly Spanker among its eligibles. The Neptune is at three-quarters for two-year-olds, and is another of the clubs ,500 features. Chapultcpec, Magazine, Masque, Besom, King James, Ben Fleet, Stargowan, Robert Cooper, Smoker, Long Ball, Monopolist, Sir Cleges and Montclair seem the pick of the sixty still eligible, and on the whole a day marked by excellent racing seems in store.
