H. K. KNAPP WILL BE AT THE SPA. New York, July 30. H. K. Knapp, member of the State Racing Commission and owner of the Oneck Stable, has not been at the races for more than a fortnight because of an attack of gout and rheumatism. -Mr. Knapp has long been a sufferer from these- maladies, and at one time he was Jaid up several months. He is taking: the waters at a beuofieeut; spring, but he expects to be a.t Saratoga lor lift oneulug of the. coining meeting Monday next and ho will remain there through the month of August. Mr. Knapps stable is already at Saratoga. It was shipped last week by William Karrlck, who is, busy just now getting Cohort ready for the Saratoga Special.
