IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FAIR GROUNDS Xew Orleans, La., August 7. Improvements at tins Fair Grounds are progressing rapidly. The big steel grandstand is nearly completed; the old brick barn has been entirely removed and the track widened. There were 120 men at work on the plant recently.
