LATONIA TRACK TO REMAIN INTACT. Judge Shaw Grants an Order Forbidding the Extension of Streets. Cincinnati, 0., August 1.1. Unless the Kentucky Court of Appeals reverses the decision of Circuit Judge Shaw, delivered at Covington yesterday, the City of Latonia will cut no streets through the Latonia race track. Judge Shaw has decided that the Latonia Agricultural Association has a clear title to the land on which the track is located; that there has been no legal dedication of streets, and lie has granted a perpetual restraining order against the City of Latonia, its officials or agents. Mayor Earle, who brought the action against the Latonia "ASSTfcIalibur says he will take the case to "the Court of Appeals.
