MINTON NOW WITH LAZARUS. New. York, September 5. Roger Million, who has handled many good horses belonging to Senator McCarren and M. L. Ilaynian, announces that he has severed all relations with the Haynians and lias turned over all the horses in his charge to them. MIntou has signed a contract to train for Sam Lazarus, the well-known Texas breeder and owner, who has Right Royal and six others in his string. Lazarus intends to buy a few more good ones before the season ends. Thev will race in Texas and then go either to Oakland or New Orleans.
