HUNTING OUT THE ROUGH RIDERS. New York, September . The Coney Island Jock-ey Club has taken additional precautions to prevent the crowding and rough riding at the start of a race which has been so prevalent this season. Henry .T. Morris has been appointed steward at the start. Taking his stand a little distance in front of the skirt, his observations together with the report of the starting judge, should result in locating the rough riders and giving the stewards a line on which some action mav be taken.
