NINE NEW YORK TRACKS LICENSED. Albany. N. Y.. February 0. -The State Racing Committee yesterday tiled with the secretary of state notice that licenses had been granted the following lacing associations for the holdiug this year of running, trotting aud steeplechase races in this state: Westchester Racing Association. Coney Island Jockey Club. Brooklyn Till J Club. Brighton Beach Racing Associal ion, Saratoga Association for the Improvement of Breed of Horses. Queens County Jockey Club. Metro|M,ii!an Jockey Club. Empire 0tt~ Trotting Club and Buffalo Racing Association.
