Secretary Treat announced today that Horace Egbert will act as sa-soclate Judge at the approaching Oakland meeting If his health will permit. Egberts recovery was despaired of last winter after he was forced to relinquish his duties on account of illness. His health Improved this summer, although he Is not yet a. well man. Martin Xathanson will continue to discharge the" duties of handicapper and programmer and Egbert will attempt only light work.
