CASHIER OWNER OF RACE HORSES. Cincinnati. O., December 19. A jury in Judge Stephens court in Covington, Ky.. ordered constable Ben Biedenharn to turn over to C. D. Orltes two race horses, known a9 Inela and Automatic, wNioh he attached In a suit brought by Fred Stahl-man against M. A. Neff to recover from the latter 90 alleged to toe due on a note. It developed from attorney Frank M. Tracys cross-examination of Neff that Crites was the real owner of the horses, and that he had tliem in Neffs name, as Crites, who Is cashier of a bank at Lima, Ohio, did not want it known that he owned race horses. Tracy represented the plaintiff. j
