AFTER HORSES FOR CHATTANOOGA MEETING. E. D. Laurence, general manager of the Chattanooga Exposition, which opens in that city on May 25. and continues for four days, is iu Ixuiisvllle in quest of running material for the racing venture which la attached to that enterprise. Eay Thuuipsvu, T. Kiley. J. Shaw. W. H. Bell. Wagnon and Scott. J. Paul. H. Harris. C. W. Hall and several others who have been racing at Churchill Downs have promised to ship to Chattanooga. The program book for the four days racing at the Chattanooga course provides for a card of five races daily. The opening race each day. with the exception of Thursday. May 27. which is military day. is a harness race, best two heats in three. The runners appear in the other four.
