PRISCILLIAN NOT DOING WELL IN ENGLAND. New York. May 20.— In a letter to Thomas Welsh. The Chairman of the Jockey Club is on record as saving that Iriscillian is the best horse his Spendthrift stallion. Hastings, has sent to the races. The big chestnut gelding is as yet unbeaten.
