TEST WILL BE AT INGLESIDE. San Francisco. Cal.. May 27. — The plan of certain owners of coursing hounds to arrange for a test of the WalkerOtis anti-bet ting law has drawn forth an announcement from Manager Jell OShea of the Ingleside Coursing Park that lie intends to test the law soon. This was the plan originally arranged with the Iwu-king of the race track interests. The coursing men. who have been anxious for early action, have agreed to await the result of the teat at Ingleside. which is within the corporate limits of San Francisco.
