EMPIRE CITYS STAKE PROGRAM. The stake list for the summer meeting of the Empire City Racing Association. July 14 to July 31. as announced by racing secretary Lyman H. Davis, embraces eleven fixtures ranging in value from ,000 added money to $.".000 guaranteed. Entries will close June 18 and doubtless western owners will nominate freely for the various events as in the past. Matt J. Winn, who assumed the management of the Yonkers track for James Butler when the initial meeting under the present regime was given two years ago. will again be at the head of affairs.
