LAT0NIA JOCKEY CLUBS POSITION. Cincinnati. 0.. June 3. — The Latonia meeting is being conducted under the rules of the Racing Com mission. That may sound a hit Inconsistent, as the commission is enjoined from interfering with the meeting. The judges, however, thought it liest to go ahead under file commission rules, inasmuch as the Latonia association allowed tliut under the law the commission had the right to regulate the racing, but no right to interfere with the betting. All jockeys and trainers were required to take out licenses from the commission before they ware allowed to ride or saddle a horse at Latonia.
