GOSSIP FROM THE BLUE GRASS REGION. Headlcv Yearlings to Be Trained and Raced — W. H. Daniels Running Out — May Hempstead in Foal. Lexington. Ileadley. who lias had the general management of Beaumont and La Belle Farms fo: the past year and a half because of his fathers Illness, has seventy thoroughbred mans, forty-five yearling* and as many sucklings to look after this season. Seventeen of the yearlings belong to voung Headier and his father. The others are the property of F. It. Hitchcock. Thomas Hitchcock. J: . P. H. Sullivan. W. P. Bunli. U. W. J. Bissell. Homer Seluy and others. The majority of those be longing to the Messrs. Ileadley are by Ornament and they an- a verv representative collection. They will not tie aold publicly this year. A few of them may Im- sold off privately, but It 1- the present intention of the young master of the two farms to have them trained and raced in the Headlev colors.
