SHERIFF BRADLEY FULLY VINDICATED. Governor Hughes Dismisses Without Comment Charges Against Saratoga Official. Albany. N. Y.. June 23. — Governor Hughes has dismissed without comment the- charges made last August by the Rev. Dr. Walter Laidhtw against Sheriff Bradley, of Saratoga County, who alleged that the sheriff permitted betting to be carried on at the Saratoga track last year in violation of the Harl Aguew ant I-race track Ix-tting law. Commissioner George W. Scliurmau, who heard the Bradley charges, reported that he was satisfied tliat the sheriff did pot intentionally omit auv duty and recommended that the- charges be dismissed.
