JUMPERS RETURN TO NEW YORK. James W. Colt and Silas Yeitch have returned to New York with their chasers. Both had a profitable experience at the Brook I hie meeting. Grandpa won the Brookline Steeplechase for Veitch and took second money behind Algie in the Country Clubs Grand Annual. Algie. Veitch thinks, is now a better horse than he was at Pimlieo. and Algie was a shifty fencer at Baltimore. He probably could win from the best horses on the metropolitan tracks, but ll Is improbable that Mr. Kerr will take him to New York. Mr. Kerr seems to preler the smaller meetings.
