Casque, from a slow inside start, had a rough early journey, but closed a big gap into a fast going third. Takahira ran in promin"nt and persistent pursuit throughout. Cohort Bad a bad start and steadily improved his position. Notasulna closed a big gap. Bat Masterson made up mii.-ii ground. Tim Pippin, after brief prominence, retired early and ran a bad race.
