ATTACHMENT AGAINST HORSEMEN. Lexington. Ky.. June 23.— John H. Patterson, a local broker, today sued out a writ of attachment iaNM ihe property of Grant Jackson and Frank Beapess tor $..25. In his petition* Patterson alleges tl.tt Jackson is Indebted to him in that sum and that he- holds a mortgage on three horses, among which was Jupiter Joe. recently sold to Respess by Jackson. Patterson alleges that he is advised that Jackaoa is about to remove all of his property from this stale. The attachment Is directed to the sheriff of Kent. .n Coaatjr and. it is expected, will be served at the Latonia race track.
