LAYERS EJECTED AT SARATOGA. Saratoga. N. Y., August 5. A pair of layers who tried to do a little liookmaking in the field enclosure at the Saratoga race track are now on the outside looking In. They did not think the association was sincere in its declaration about policing that end or the course and took some chances, and were then taken to the gate. The expulsion of these obiee-tionables bad a good effect and no others have sines been found overstepping the lionnds that are clearly defined and interpreted by the PiuUcrtou force. I
