BELMONTS. HORSES FAIL TOPLACE. London. Eng.. August 5. August Belmonts Rallot Rred and Rhombus were unplaced starters in the Rrookside Plate and the Worthing Plate, respectively, at Rrlghton today. The Rrookside Plate, a race of IMS sovereigns, for two-year-olds, at 5 furlongs and 88 yards, was won by Destination, with Kllniallock second and Roronice third. The Worthing Plate was a selling affair for three-year-olds at one mile and a half and was won by Dutch, with Mlsere second and Relish third,
