BRIGHTON BEACH PURSES BEING PAID. New York, September 25. The ltrigliton Reach Racing Association is paying up the purses owing from last seasons midsummer meeting. Half a dozen horsemen have received checks for the amounts coming to them and other creditors are in a pleasant state of expectancy. Tln payment of last years obligations, it is believed.
