ADELBERT STUD TO BE DISPERSED. New York, September 25. William L. Powers has received word from Dr. Williams, one of the proprietors of Adclbert Stud, that the entire establishment will be shipped to Lexington to be sold at the soining sale. The Adelbert consignment will include the Bend Or stallion, Ornus, sire of Oiseau and Olambala; Albert, sire of Mesmerist, Missionary, Hatasoo, Bonnibert and Herbert; Herbert himself, and the mares Bonnie Ola. dam of Bonnibert. and Herbert, and Hoodoo, dam of Mesmerist and Hatasoo. The Adelbert Stud is domiciled in Christian County, Kentucky, near the town of Ilopkinsville. It lias not been notably successful since the days of Bonnibert. Herbert and Hatasoo. Major Cyrus Radford of the Ililtcd States Marine Corps is Dr. Williams partner in its ownership. Major Radford is stationed at Philadelphia and has always been an enthusiastic horseman.
