MIN0RU CITY AND SUBURBAN FAVORITE. Toronto. Out.. April 5. — The Canadian Associated Press correspondent cables that the kings hor-e. Minora, winner of last years Derby, is favorite j.t 8 to 1 for the City and Suburban Handicap, a mile and a quarter race, to be run at Epsom on April 20. The American-bred hoise. Sir Martin, which fell in the Derby, is second choice at 100 to 7. Minora is handicapped to carry 123 pounds, two less than Sir Martin.
