FAIR CIRCUIT IN THE NORTHWEST. Vancouver. B. ., July 9. — Considerable racing of the minor sort will lie provided for horsemen on the lair circuit of the northwest during the coming fall. In some cases valuable purses will Im offered, notably at Bpafcaae, Wash., where a ,000 Derby anil several 0l slakes are programmed.
