March »;. — The Missouri Bureau for breeding army remounts has received another valuable stallion. Joseph A. Murphy has received letter from Dr. A. W. McAlrster of Cotnatbia, statin, that he had decided to donate his stallion I. annum, to the hureau. This decision was reached after he had received a letter from CoBgresaamas Thomas L. Kubey of Lebanon, stating that many of his friends in his district had written asking that a hois,- i„ placed there. Congressman Rnbey is a member of the committee on agriculture in the House of Representatives and is taking keen Interest in the bureau. It has been decided to place the horse ai Way nsville. This makes three horses now owned by the bureau and several others have been promised by prominesl breeders. it is understood that the plans of the Universal Exposition Company of St. Loan contemplate a thirty-days race nicotine; the COBaiag fall.
