FAST TRACK RACING AT WOODBINE PARK Fair Montague Reverses Kings Plato Placing and Defeats Tartarean Chester Krum Good Jumper Toronto Out Slay 21 The races at Woodbine Park this afternoon were ruu under threatening skies and over a fast track The card was a well balanced one and several of the rces furnished inter ¬ esting contests The Breeders Stakes aud the Wood ¬ bine Steeplechase were offered as attractions and in the former the Millar pair that finished tirst and second in the Kings Plate ran one two in the afternoons feature This time however Fair Mon ¬ tague led Tartarean at the finish Both colts picked np weight as a result of their Kings Plate racing Linsin a recent arrival from Pimlico attempted to make a runaway alfair of the race ant led until well into the homestretch before Fair Montague caught and passed him but at the finish the Millar repre ¬ sentative was going away Linsin gave way when challenged aud in a driving finish Tartarean beat him a neck for second
