DURYEA DERBY WINNER NOT COMING. New York. April 8. — In the consignment of thoroughbreds on the Mongolian, expected here Monday or Tuesday, belonging to the estate of the late Herman B. Duryea. are eighteen two and three-year-olds and twelve yearlings. The report that the Epsom Derby winner. Durbar II.. is in the band is deni-d at the office of the Powers-Hunter Co.. who will sell the consignment May 27 at p.tdmont Iark. The two-year-old Medwid, one of the shipment, is a sister to Durbar II. A communication received here states that jockey M. Garner is exercising the horses at Louisville belonging to the Wickliffe Stable. He will ride for that stable when the Kentucky season opens. P. J. Dwyer. who has been under treatment for gum trouble by a specialist on Staten Island, will be back at the Walcott Hotel next Monday considerably improved in health.
