FAIRLY began slowly, but closed a big gap after working his way up on the outside. AVEYANOKE made up ground and outgamed the tiring AMAZEMENT for third place. The latter set the earlv pace and raced into the lead again, but tired. SUPREME ran a bad race. PERPETUAL took the lead on the backstretch, but quit in the final drive.
