HORSES DELAYED IN THEIR VOYAGE. New York, November 10. The steamship Manchuria, on which are the Sanford and Widener horses, has met with rough weather and is not expected to dock before Sunday. The funeral of the late James Burns, a turf correspondent, who died last Tuesday, will take place tomorrow. Nate Marks will visit New Orleans while the racing is on at that point. Considerable interest, is manifested here in the opening at Tijuana. If this meeting looks promising many turf followers from this section will winter there.
