CECIL AN EASY WINNER AT TIJUANA. San Diego, Cal., November 25. Cecil lias finally won a race for millionaire George P. Fuller, of the "Bronx Stable. The brown gelding was heavily supported at odds on and won as easily as his price would indicate. Concha took second place, while Prince S. was third. Blanche Donalton surprised the crowd by taking the two-year-old race from the heavily backed filly, Signorette. Scherrer had his troubles with Signorette, which appeared much the best. Another "good thing" that went astray was Plume in the opening dash. The aged mare was much the best, but A. Smith gave her a weak ride. Sam Frank was an arrival from New York today. He will probably cut in before many days pass. Sixteen books were in line this afternoon. Sam Bradley and Johnny Crane are the latest layers to join the brigade.
